Bio

Rucha Deshpande is a seasoned design educator with over 14 years of experience in design strategy, user experience, and creative thinking. She has worked with leading brands such as Lifestyles and Reliance Trends as a Concept Designer for retail store experiences before transitioning into academia with institutions including the Symbiosis Institute of Design and MIT-WPU, Pune. An alumna of NID Ahmedabad and a certified UX Designer from IIT Delhi, she brings a strong foundation in user-centred design and cross-functional collaboration.

Rucha is currently pursuing her PhD at IIT Hyderabad, where she continues to thrive at the intersection of design, user experience, and innovation. Known for her adaptability, empathy, and strategic thinking, she consistently contributes to shaping meaningful learning experiences and future-ready design frameworks.
