Bio

Rucha Deshpande, a seasoned design educator with over 14 years of experience in design strategy, user experience, and creative thinking. I’ve worked with leading brands like Lifestyles and Reliance Trends as Concept Designer for store experiences and later transitioned into academia with institutions such as Symbiosis Institute of Design and MIT-WPU, Pune. An alumna of NID Ahmedabad and a certified UX Designer from IIT Delhi, I bring a strong foundation in user-centred design and cross-functional collaboration. Currently, pursuing PhD at IIT Hyderabad. I thrive at the intersection of design, user experience, and innovation. Known for her adaptability, empathy, and strategic thinking.
