Dr. Rashmi Phalnikar is a dedicated and experienced professional educator with years of experience in designing and delivering courses, as well as developing and grading assignments and exams. She provides guidance to students on various topics and conducts original research in her field of expertise, publishing findings in reputable journals. Dr. Phalnikar mentors and advises research scholars, supervises research problems, and connects with reputed institutes and experts in related fields. She also serves on various academic and administrative committees, and her ability to grasp and understand new sciences helps improve the teaching and learning process.
