Dr. Raju Shivaji Ingale

Bio

Dr. Raju Shivaji Ingale has over 15 years of experience as an academician, including 11 years as an Assistant Professor of Physics at MIT-WPU, Pune. He holds a Ph.D. in Nanotechnology from the Department of Physics, PSGVPM ACS College Shahada, Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, and M.Sc. in Physics from prestigious Fergusson College Pune, affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University. Dr. Ingale has qualified both the SET and GATE examinations established himself as a dedicated researcher and academician. His expertise lies in the fabrication, characterization, and design of cost-effective doped metal oxide and nanocomposite thick and thin films for gas sensing applications. He has authored 7 international research papers published in reputed journals and holds two granted international patents underscoring his innovative approach to research. Beyond academia, he is actively involved in creating impactful technological solutions, such as a women’s safety device, showcasing his commitment to addressing societal challenges through innovation.
