Bio

Dr. Raj Kumar is an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and research-oriented professional with a strong academic foundation and practical experience. He has successfully qualified the CRET examination at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and has been awarded a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Commerce at BHU. Dr. Kumar has nearly two years of professional experience, having worked as an Assistant Accountant at the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Patna Head Office, through P. Puneet & Co. During his doctoral research, he actively participated in a wide range of seminars, webinars, and workshops, which enriched his academic perspective and strengthened his engagement with contemporary issues in commerce and management. Known for his effective communication skills, Dr. Kumar approaches problems in a resourceful and strategic manner and is adept at negotiating to achieve optimal outcomes. His unwavering enthusiasm for learning and readiness to embrace new challenges make him a valuable contributor to both academia and the professional world.
