Bio
Dr. Priyanka Pathak holds a Ph.D. from IIM Mumbai, specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (OBHR). She also possesses an MBA with dual specialization in OBHR and Finance and has qualified the UGC-NET/JRF in the OBHR domain. Additionally, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications, adding a technological edge to her academic profile.
Dr. Pathak has published several international research papers focusing on responsible leadership, contributing to global discourse in leadership and organizational studies. She has actively participated in prestigious national and international conferences, including Academy of Management (AOM), European Academy of Management (EURAM), and Indian Academy of Management (INDAM), where she presented her research and engaged with leading scholars in the field.
