Mr. Pravin Raghunath Minde

Bio

Dr. Pravin Minde is working as an Assistant Professor and PG Coordinator (CEM) in the Department of Civil Engineering at MIT-WPU, Pune. He has over 12 years academic & administrative experience. He completed his Ph.D. in the domain of Construction Project Management from MIT-WPU in April 2025. He earned his M.E. in Construction Management in 2014 and B.E. in Civil Engineering in 2012, both from Pune University.

His key research interests include project management, sustainable construction materials, and total quality management. He has served as Subject Chairman for UG and PG courses in Pune University, and is a Life Member of ISTE and IWWA, as well as an Associate Member of the Institute of Engineers.

He has authored 10+ books and published 21+ research papers in SCI/Scopus/WoS-indexed journals and conferences. He has authored over 5 book chapters with reputed international publishers, including Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, and Wiley. He also holds 3 published patents.

Dr. Minde is an ISO 9001:2015 QMS Auditor and Six Sigma Green Belt certified. He actively reviews papers for journals like Springer, Elsevier, and ASCE. He has also served as a reviewer for a Building Construction textbook published by AICTE. He is affiliated with institutions such as Bharati Vidyapeeth, Mumbai University, and SPPU, and is a BOS member at DY Patil College, Pune. As the Faculty Coordinator for CESA in the Department of Civil Engineering, he actively mentors students and makes meaningful contributions to academic and co-curricular development.
