Dr. Prasad Pathak

Bio

Dr. Prasad Pathak is an Associate Professor at the School of Business, MIT-WPU, with over two decades of academic experience in management education. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and has successfully guided doctoral research at MIT-WPU. His academic interests span strategic management, HR practices, peace studies, and socio-cultural dimensions of leadership.

He has published extensively in Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC-indexed journals, with notable work on topics such as Dasbodh philosophy, agile project management, and ethical leadership. Dr. Pathak has presented papers at prestigious international conferences, earning multiple Best Paper Awards.

He has held key academic and administrative roles, including Ph.D. Course Trainer, NAAC Criteria Head, Peace Courses Coordinator, and Member Secretary of the Board of Studies for BBA. Deeply influenced by philosophical and spiritual thought, Dr. Pathak brings a values-based approach to education, fostering holistic growth among students.
