Dr. Pranav Sharad Kayande

Bio

Dr. Pranav Kayande is an academic professional with extensive experience in academic administration, quality assurance, and institutional initiatives. During his career, he has held several key roles including IQAC Coordinator, NAAC Coordinator, MBATech Program Coordinator, Vivekananda Study Circle Coordinator, and NBA Coordinator, contributing significantly to academic governance and quality enhancement processes.

At MIT World Peace University, within the RSoL (Ramcharan School of Leadership), Dr. Kayande has actively organised and coordinated various academic and national-level initiatives. He has led the Future Fridays lecture series featuring keynote sessions by senior university leadership, including the Registrar, Controller of Examinations, and Chief Belief Officer of MIT-WPU.

He also served as Co-Convener for the National Visioning Conference held at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University on 9 September 2025 and contributed backend support for the National Visioning Conference held in Goa in January 2026. Additionally, he coordinated a Faculty Development Program on Academic Leadership featuring international academic Dr. Bhumika Gupta as the resource person.

Dr. Kayande also coordinated participation from RSoL in the Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, where the pavilion received special recognition. Through these initiatives, he continues to contribute to academic leadership, institutional collaboration, and student engagement.

PhD (Management), UGC NET (Management), BE (Computer Science), MBA (Marketing and IT) and MSc (Business Analytics).
