Ms. Nuvita Kalra

Bio
Ms. Nuvita Kalra has more 4 years of experience in the academics. She is currently working as Assistant Professor at School of Law, Dr. Vishwanath Karad, MIT World Peace University, Pune and is the faculty in charge for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Cell. She has previously worked at Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur and Kalinga University, Naya Raipur. She completed her B.A.LL.B. (H) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi and LL.M. from National Law Institute University, Bhopal. She is currently enrolled as a Ph.D. scholar at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. She has also completed a PG Diploma in Arbitration and Mediation from MNLU, Mumbai and is a Young Member at International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) and Young Singapore International Arbitration (YSIAC). She has participated in various National and International conferences and has publications in reputed journals. She has also undertaken training programmes on New Criminal Laws for Maharashtra Police as well as law students. She has also completed Master Training in Gender Sensitization. Her interest areas include Arbitration, Criminology and Data Protection.
