Dr. Monica Kunte is an academic, researcher, and corporate trainer with over 17 years of experience in human resource management, leadership development, and business education. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and has extensive expertise in teaching, executive education, research, and institutional accreditation. Her research focuses on the future of work, employee wellbeing, HR analytics, leadership, and workplace transformation. Dr. Kunte has published extensively in Scopus-indexed journals and has designed and delivered leadership and capability development programs for corporate and government organizations across India.
