Prof. Mrs. Jyoti Avhad is a dedicated academician and faculty member in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Department of Polytechnic and Skill Development, Dr. Vishwanath Karad World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune. With 14 years of teaching and 1year Industry experience, Her academic interests include Manufacturing Processes, Engineering Mechanics, ThermalEngineering, CAD/CAM, Machine Design, and Production Engineering.She has made significant contributions to technical education through her commitment to academic excellence, student mentoring, and skill-based learning. She has completed her post-graduation, Master of Engineering in Manufacturing and Automation from Pune University. She is pursuing PhD in Battery Thermal Management System from Symbiosis International University, Pune. Prof. Avhad has actively contributed to curriculum development, laboratory manual preparation, and the creation of digital learning resources for the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE). She has also authored IEEE book chapters & textbooks for Diploma Engineering students. She has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals, including Scopus-indexed publications, and has been granted multiple Indian patents for innovative engineering designs.
