Professional Qualifications : PhD in Management (Symbiosis International University), and completed PG in Commerce, Management (dual) and Law.

Work Exp : more than 26+ years, Worked as Professor, Head of Dept, Academic Head, Dean with Academic Groups like Dr DY Patil Group, Indira Group of Institutes, Symbiosis International, currently with MIT World Peace University, Pune; Research: Presented and Published 24 papers in International and National conferences.

PhD Research Guidance : A total of 04 Research Scholars have completed Doctoral degrees and 02 research scholars are currently pursuing.

Their academic and research interests include Strategic Management, Strategic HRM, Organizational Behaviour, Training & Development, Executive Compensation Management, and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Organisational Behaviour. Has also conducted several Management Development Programs (MDPs) and Corporate Training sessions for industry professionals, as well as Staff Development Programs for both teaching and non-teaching staff within the university.
