Dr. Jayshree Aher(Ghorpade) is committed to a student-centric teaching philosophy that blends conceptual clarity, innovation, and real-world application. Her motivation lies in nurturing curious, responsible learners who can contribute meaningfully to society and the evolving knowledge economy.

She emphasizes interdisciplinary learning, research orientation, and industry collaboration to prepare students for future challenges and strives to foster creativity, critical thinking, and ethical values. She has mentored students at SIH, IEEE, various national/international Hackathons/Projects, research scholarships for students, etc.

She also holds granted patents, copyrights and actively contributes as a reviewer, mentor, and research leader, committed to developing scalable, explainable, and transformative AI-driven systems. Jayshree actively contributes to the vision of MIT-WPU by promoting excellence in education, research, and societal impact while cultivating globally competent professionals.
