Bio

Dr. Ganesh S. Jadhav holds a PhD in Occupational Ergonomics and has over 14 years of experience in both academia and industry. He has published numerous research papers in National and International Journals and presented at several international conferences. Prior to his academic career, he spent 6 years working with Vishay (Philips) components India Pvt. Ltd. Pune, where he expertly managed maintenance activities using preventive, planned, predictive and corrective maintenance concepts. He is passionate about both academic and industry work and enjoys collaborating with professionals and students from various creative fields. His areas of interest include Occupational Ergonomics, Human Factors Engineering, Production, and Industrial Engineering. He has also filed 14 Indian patents and one South African patent, and is a life member of ISTE.

Research Areas

Product Design, New Product Development, Occupational Ergonomics, Industrial Engineering, Productivity Improvement, Occupational Health and Safety, Craft Design Interventions and Time study & Motion Study.
