Bio
Dr. Esha Bansal is an Assistant Professor at MIT World Peace University, Pune, with over Ten years of teaching experience and five years of dedicated research as a Junior Research Fellow at Himachal Pradesh University Business School. She is also an UGC-NET qualified in Labour Laws. Her academic focus lies in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Labour Laws, and Industrial Relations.

Her teaching philosophy emphasizes nurturing students holistically—intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically.
