Bio

Dr. Esha Bansal is an Assistant Professor at MIT World Peace University, Pune, with over Ten years of teaching experience and five years of dedicated research as a Junior Research Fellow at Himachal Pradesh University Business School. She is also an UGC-NET qualified in Labour Laws. Her academic focus lies in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Labour Laws, and Industrial Relations.

She believes that knowledge is co-created in the classroom through meaningful interaction and a stimulating educational environment. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes nurturing students holistically—intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically.
