Bio

Dr. Dhanashree Tharkude is an accomplished academic and industry professional with more than two decades of experience. She holds a doctoral degree in Human Resource Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has been recognized for her research work at several levels. Dr. Tharkude has published two patents for her research and was awarded ""Best PhD Thesis"" at the Jaipuria Institute of Management Conference.

Currently serving as the Associate Dean for External Relations and HR Faculty at MIT World Peace University's Ramcharan School of Leadership, Dr. Tharkude is also a recognized PhD guide at Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University. Her areas of expertise include Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.

In addition to her academic and industry experience, Dr. Tharkude has also been involved in course design, student development, academic programming and planning, policies and procedures development, and designing syllabus frameworks. She has previously worked with Aptech Ltd. for five years and has conducted training sessions for organizations such as National Defence Academy, AXA-Abs, Daimler Chrysler, IBM, TCS, Airtel, and KPIT Cummins.

Dr. Tharkude's research interests revolve around studying diverse business models, processes, behavioural patterns, and collaborations. Her research work is characterized by a carefully chosen focus on industry and a practical orientation towards problem-solving. Dr. Tharkude has filed two patents for her research contributions in the Human Resource domain and has authored over 12 research papers and two case studies in renowned national and international journals. She has successfully completed research projects with Cummins India Ltd. and Vinsys IT Services."
