Dr. Prashar is a distinguished academician and researcher in the domain of Computer Science & Engineering, with specialization in Network Security, Cyber Security, Machine Learning, and Emerging Technologies. He brings with him over 18 years of rich academic, research, and administrative experience, having served in leadership roles across reputed higher education institutions.

In the present role, he is overseeing academic operations, research initiatives, faculty development, accreditation processes, and student mentoring at scale, managing over 7000 plus students and 150+ faculty members pertaining to the vision and ethos of the MIT WPU.
