Bio

Dr. Basant Tiwari, is currently serving as Associate Professor in Computer Science department at Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT-WPU University, Pune. He has rich experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate classes. He has many international and national publications to his credit in Conferences and Journals (including 22 SCI and Scopus) and edited Handbooks in Springer, Taylor & Francis and IGI Global. He is also attended many National & International Conferences/ Workshops/ Seminars/ Symposiums etc. His current area of research is “Pervasive computing specially in Healthcare and IoT with Information Security and data analysis”. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, Senior Member of ACM, Life Member of CSI and IACSIT. He has honoured as Bhopal Representative in IEEE M.P. Sub-section, Secretary in CSI Bhopal chapter and currently, Secretary in ACM Indore Chapter.

Prof. Basant Tiwari has organized various National and International conferences and delivered invited talks and also chaired the technical sessions. He is reviewer of various reputed International journals. He did his M. Tech. (CSE) from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal and Ph. D. from Devi Ahilya University, Indore (M.P.).
