Prof. Asmita Gaikwad

Bio

Prof. Asmita Gaikwad is a passionate and experienced academician with over a decade of expertise in teaching, research, and professional training. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune, where she specializes in Business Analytics, Data Science, and Marketing.

Prof. Gaikwad is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt holder and a UGC-NET qualified educator. She is also a certified trainer under the Wadhwani Foundation's Ignite Entrepreneurship Development Programme, reflecting her dedication to fostering entrepreneurial thinking and data-driven decision-making.

Currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Savitribai Phule Pune University, she has contributed significantly to academic literature through publications in UGC-CARE, ABDC indexed journals, along with co-authoring nationally recognized books on SPSS and data analytics.

Her hands-on training in tools like Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, Excel, and DBMS, combined with a deep understanding of Emotional Intelligence and SEM, makes her a valuable mentor and educator. Prof. Gaikwad is committed to creating engaging, impactful learning experiences and empowering students to thrive in the world of analytics and research.
