Ms. Apurva Rajendra Tiwari has research interests in International Trade Law, International Energy Law, Environmental Law, Corporate Law, Investment Law, WTO Law, Climate Change Law, Renewable Energy Governance, Sustainable Development, and Cyber Law. Her academic pursuits focus on advancing interdisciplinary legal research and developing policy-oriented solutions that promote sustainable economic development, energy security, environmental protection, and effective legal governance.

Educational Qualifications:

Ms. Apurva Rajendra Tiwari is a Full-Time Ph.D. Scholar at the School of Law, MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune. Her doctoral research focuses on International Energy Trade, with particular emphasis on renewable energy governance, international trade law, investment protection, technology transfer, and sustainable development. Through her research, she aims to contribute to the evolving legal framework governing the global energy transition and its implications for developing economies.

She completed her B.A. LL.B. from N.B.T. Law College, Nashik, and subsequently earned her LL.M. in Corporate Law from Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (MNLU-CS). She also holds a Diploma in Cyber Law, reflecting her interest in emerging areas of legal education and technological regulation.

Areas of Expertise: Environmental Law, Cyber Law, Corporate Law.

Teaching Experience: Ms. Tiwari has served as a Guest Faculty at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Law College, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, where she taught Banking Law. She has also been actively involved in legal education and academic mentoring, emphasizing practical learning and analytical thinking among law students.
