Bio

Dr. Aparna Dixit is a dedicated academician with over 25 years of experience in management education, research, and academic leadership. She is an Associate Professor and currently serves as the Program Director at the School of Business, MIT World Peace University, Pune. Her area of specialization is Human Resource Management, and her area of expertise includes Employer Branding, Organizational Behaviour, Training and Development and Strategic Management.

Dr. Dixit has held several key positions, including Head of the School of Management (PG). She is an approved Ph.D. guide in the area of Human Resource Management. She has also published numerous research papers in reputed national and international journals. Over the years, Dr. Dixit has contributed extensively to curriculum development, innovative pedagogy, and strategic academic planning.
