Bio
Ms. Anuja Dhulekar is an experienced design professional and academic with over 14 years of combined experience across industry and academia. She is a graduate of Sir J. J. School of Art, Mumbai, and holds a postgraduate degree in Industrial Design (Ceramics and Glass Design) from the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad.
Her professional journey includes extensive work in product development, particularly in the fields of ceramics and lifestyle accessories. She has also successfully led projects under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), contributing to innovation and entrepreneurship in the design and craft sectors. Ms. Dhulekar has been associated with leading design institutes as both a full-time and visiting faculty member. Her academic interests include Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Form Development, Pottery and Ceramics manufacturing, and in the handicraft sector. Currently, she is serving as an Assistant Professor at MIT World Peace University and is pursuing her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati.
