Bio
Anu Singha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Application at MIT World Peace University's Kothrud Campus in Pune. He formerly worked as an Assistant Professor at SRM University (Department of Computer Science and Engineering), Ghaziabad, Delhi-NCR, and Sri Ramachandra University (Faculty of Engineering and Technology), Porur, Chennai, before joining MIT-WPU. He worked as a Research Fellow (JRF+SRF) on a DRDO-funded project at Tripura University's Computer Vision Laboratory (A Central University). He earned his Ph.D. in April 2021 after graduating with honors from Tripura University's Department of Computer Science and Engineering in 2015. He also earned a Masters of Computer Applications (MCA) from South Asian University in New Delhi. He also earned a bachelor degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from Maharaja Bir Bikram (MBB) College, Agartala.
His research interests include digital image processing, computer vision, medical imaging, deep learning, and machine learning, among other things. He has numerous research papers published in international journals and conference proceedings. He has finished numerous FDP and STC training programs with distinction. He gave two expert presentations in FDPs and Workshops. He has also chaired sessions and served as a reviewer for international conferences.
