Dr. Anjali Ajit Sane

Bio

Dr. Anjali Sane is an accomplished teacher with over 20 years of experience in Economics and Banking. She is also an able administrator with extensive experience in academic administration. Her research areas include Managerial Economics, Micro and Macro Economics, and various aspects of international business. As a dedicated and sincere teacher, she is known for using practical examples and case studies to enhance classroom learning.

Dr. Sane's research interests extend beyond her domain areas to interdisciplinary fields such as higher education and financial literacy. She completed a Minor Research Project on Financial Literacy with a grant from the Board of College and University Development (BCUD) at Savitribai Phule Pune University. Dr. Sane prefers using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research tools and exploratory research methodology.

Dr. Sane has published over 18 research papers in peer-reviewed management journals of repute as well as in conference proceedings of national and international seminars and conferences. She has co-authored three books on Business Economics (Micro) and one book each on Analysis of Financial Statements and Business Economics (Macro).

Dr. Sane has been awarded the ""Ideal Teacher Award"" by MAEER's MIT Group of Institutions and recognized as the ""Super Achiever in the field of Education"" by Kaveri Group of Institutions, Pune. She was also recognized as a Research fellow at the Centre for International Trade and Business in Asia (CITBA) at James Cook University, Australia. Dr. Sane has also received the ""Best Paper"" award during the International Conference on Innovation in Business, Trade, and Commerce in March 2022 and March 2023.
