Assistant Professor
Bio
Akshat Bhargava is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Business at Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune, India and a Doctoral Candidate at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, India. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Information Technology (IT) degree from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and a Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) degree from Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management (IISWBM), University of Calcutta. His research interests cover talent management, leadership development in social enterprises, social stock exchanges, impact investment, performance of social enterprises, business analytics, organizational network analysis and public policy frameworks for nature positive economies. His dissertation work has been published in the journals of international repute. He has also presented papers in several International Conferences. In addition to his doctoral work, Akshat has worked for around 15 years in different private and public sector organizations.
