Bio
Mr. Akash Dixit is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, MIT-World Peace University. He completed his LLM in Business Laws from National Law University, Delhi, and holds a B.A. LL.B in Energy Laws from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. Mr. Dixit has served as an Assistant Professor of Law at Jaipur National University, Jaipur, where he taught Constitutional Law, Banking Laws, Law of the Seas, and Corporate Governance. He also worked closely with Prof. (Dr.) M.S. Sahoo, former Chairman of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), at National Law University, Delhi. His interests include constitutional law, banking laws, corporate governance, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Dixit has published papers on mediation in insolvency, corporate social responsibility, and anti-terror legislation. In addition to his academic pursuits, Mr. Dixit has experience in organizing and judging moot court competitions and has guided many students in preparing for LLM entrance exams.
