Mr. Aayush Mayank Mishra

Bio

Mr. Aayush Mishra specialises in Corporate and Constitutional Law. After completing his post graduation from National Law University Jodhpur in the field of Corporate Law, je joined academics. Before joining MIT WPU he worked as an Assistant Professor of Law in ILS Law College, Pune. Mr. Aayush is pursuing his Ph.D in the domain of Competition Law from Symbiosis International University, Pune. In Addition to this, he has done diploma courses in Intellectual Property Rights and Corporate Law.

He has published more than 10 research papers in the reputed International and National Journals indexed in scopus, UGC Care. His are of Interest likes in corporate law, constitutional law, civil laws, property laws. He has participated and presented the paper in various reputed conferences and seminars. He has also published a book on Media Law which is part of the curriculum in one of the government universities. He was invited as a speaker in various universities to address the students in the seminars and workshops.
