Bio

Mr. Aaditya Arora is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune. His doctoral research focuses on Competition Law, with particular emphasis on digital competition, Combinations and Regional Trade Blocs. He completed his B.A. LL.B. from National Law University Delhi and subsequently earned his LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Laws from Manipal University.

Before being associated with the School of Law, MIT WPU he served as an Assistant Professor at Alliance University where he primarily taught Company Law, Law of Insurance, Principles of Taxation Law, Media Law along with other subjects. Through teaching he aims to bridge the gap between theoretical legal principles and practical application of legal standards in court while also fostering philosophical deliberations on legal principles.

He wishes to promote accessible education ventures and encourages students to participate in Moot Courts and other Co Curricular Activities to deepen the understanding of learners. He is continuously involved in enriching his understanding of innovative teaching methods and their application. He has been an avid mooter and continues the journey as an expert assessor in National and International Moot Court Competitions.

His research interests include Competition Law, Employment Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, International Trade Law, Constitutional Law and Corporate Law. He is committed to advancing legal scholarship through deliberative research among students and contributing to the development of legal principles.
