The Power of Words® and Ram Charan School of Leadership Collaborate on Leadership & Emotional Intelligence

The Ram Charan School of Leadership (RSOL), MIT World Peace University, has collaborated with The Power of Words® (TPOW) India through the Band-Bond Initiative™, bringing together a series of engagements focused on emotional intelligence, leadership development and real-world application.

The initiative brings together students, faculty and industry leaders through a range of learning experiences designed to strengthen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, leadership capabilities and the ability to apply these skills in real-world contexts.

As part of the collaboration, the programme features dedicated workshops for students and faculty, along with an Executive Summit for industry leaders, creating opportunities for participants to learn, reflect and engage with leadership beyond conventional classroom settings.

The partnership will further extend into a semester-long audit course for BBA students commencing January 2027. Combining classroom learning with supervised fieldwork and applied practice, the course will provide students with opportunities to translate concepts into meaningful real-world experiences.

Through this collaboration, MIT-WPU and TPOW share a commitment to nurturing self-aware, emotionally intelligent and purpose-driven leaders who can contribute meaningfully to organisations and society.
