Spandan 2025, MIT-WPU's highly anticipated annual event, was a magnificent experience! From 11-14 February, our campus became a lively blend of skill, heritage, and unity, forging an unforgettable celebration that united our whole university community.

A Four-Day Extravaganza of Excellence

The festivities of the annual gathering ranged from thoughtfully organised division meetings to mesmerising cultural showcases that captivated everyone present. The opening day showcased the School of Business and set the tone for excellence with distinguished guests Mr. Anurag Garg (Managing Director & Country Head, Vitesco Technologies) and Ms. Surabhi Prakash Dixit (Head of HR, RBL Bank) sharing their valuable insights. Prof. (Dr.) Deependra Sharma presented the Academic Batch Report, while Hon'ble Mr. Rahul V. Karad, Executive President of MIT-WPU, delivered an inspiring address on holistic development and leadership.

The festivities on the second day proceeded, with the Schools of Engineering & Technology and Computer Science Engineering in the spotlight. The event was honoured by the Hon'ble Dr. Shailendra Deolankar (Director of Higher Education, Maharashtra State), Mr. Aseem Srivastav (Group HR Head, Kirloskar Limitless), and the famous Indian classical vocalist, Mr. Anand Bhate. Students showcased their skills with thrilling performances, fostering a mood of genuine happiness and fellowship.

The third day featured an impressive lineup of industry leaders and experts:

These distinguished guests shared their experiences and wisdom, inspiring our students to reach new heights of excellence.

The celebration reached its pinnacle with a University-Level Traditional Day, showcasing our rich cultural heritage through stunning performances and traditional attire. This perfect conclusion brought together students and staff in a beautiful display of unity and diversity.
