The School of Computer Science & Engineering, the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and the Center for Industry–Academia Partnerships (CIAP), in collaboration with the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) – India Chapter, proudly organized the CxO Meet 2025 on Friday, 14th November 2025, at the MIT-WPU Vyas Building, Pune. This exclusive event brought together an inspiring community of over 70 CXOs, including CEOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors, and senior IT leaders from across diverse sectors of the technology ecosystem. Their presence and active engagement provided deep insights and meaningful dialogue that made the evening impactful.
Designed as a platform for collaborative thinking and knowledge exchange, the CxO Meet featured parallel roundtable discussions focused on four critical themes shaping the future of technology and talent:
- Industry–Academia Collaboration: Exploring innovative partnership models to harmonize curriculum, skill-building, and research with industry needs.
- Entrepreneurship & Start-up Ecosystem: Strengthening innovation culture and supporting early ventures by nurturing entrepreneurial mindsets.
- AI as a Driver of Business Innovation: Understanding how Artificial Intelligence is transforming business operations and competitive advantage.
- Bridging Graduate Mindset with Industry Needs: Identifying gaps in employability, communication, and adaptability, while strategizing to enhance workplace readiness.
Each discussion table engaged in an in-depth dialogue lasting 30–40 minutes, followed by on-stage presentations summarizing key insights and actionable recommendations. The energy, clarity, and solution-oriented focus demonstrated by all participants were truly commendable.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all delegates for their enthusiasm and thoughtful contributions. Their perspectives will be instrumental in shaping MIT-WPU’s future programmes, curriculum enhancements, and industry engagement strategies.
