MIT-WPU Conducted Comprehensive Health & Wellness Initiative for Staff Members

Reaffirming its commitment to employee well-being and preventive healthcare, MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune, conducted a comprehensive health and wellness check-up initiative for staff members aged 40 years and above.
The initiative, undertaken under the guidance of Dr. Aditi Karad, Hon'ble Executive Director, MIT-WPU, and Dr. Rahul V. Karad, Hon'ble Executive President, MIT-WPU, reflects the University's continued efforts to foster a healthy, supportive, and people-centric work environment.
Conducted in association with VishwaRaj Hospital, Loni Kalbhor, the programme aimed to encourage regular health assessments, facilitate early detection of potential health concerns, and promote a culture of preventive healthcare among employees.
As part of the initiative, staff members underwent a comprehensive set of diagnostic evaluations and medical assessments designed to support overall health and well-being. The programme was fully supported by the University as part of its employee welfare initiatives.
This thoughtful initiative highlights MIT-WPU's belief that the health and well-being of its employees are integral to building a vibrant and thriving academic community.
