Five-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) held from 9–13 March 2026 at MIT World Peace University, Pune.

Organized jointly by the School of Engineering and Technology (SoET) and the School of Computer Science and Engineering (SoCSE), sponsored by the IET Pune Local Chapter, and conducted in hybrid mode, the FDP brought together eminent experts from premier institutions across the country and abroad.

The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from 85 faculty members and research scholars representing 20+ institutions across multiple states. It highlighted the contemporary relevance of traditional Indian knowledge across pedagogy, philosophy, science, ethics, heritage, sustainability, AI, and technology  particularly in engineering education.
