An Inspiring Leadership Interaction at Ram Charan School of Leadership, MIT-WPU

The Ram Charan School of Leadership (RSoL), MIT World Peace University, had the privilege of welcoming Prof. Dr. Ram Charan, Mentor of RSoL, on Saturday, 8 August 2026, for an insightful interaction with the RSOL faculty team.

A globally recognised advisor to CEOs and corporate boards, bestselling author, and renowned speaker, Prof. Dr. Ram Charan shared valuable perspectives on leadership, organisational excellence, strategic thinking, and the evolving expectations of business leaders and management educators.

During the interaction, he engaged with and guided the RSOL faculty, offering insights that will further strengthen the School’s approach to leadership development, academic excellence, and industry relevance. His continued mentorship serves as an important source of direction and inspiration as RSOL works towards creating a distinctive ecosystem for developing future-ready leaders.

The interaction was held in the presence of Dr. Urvashi Makker, Dean, RSoL; Dr. Vikram, Associate Dean; Dr. Gaurav Saxena, Programme Director; and Dr. M. Rajalakshmi, Programme Director.
