Mr. Satish Magar is the Managing Director of ‘Magarpatta City’ Group of companies which is in the field of Township Development, Affordable Housing, Retail, Hospitality & agriculture.

Magarpatta City Group, the pioneer in the concept of Land pooling & Inclusive development wherein the original land owners’ are shareholders of the company.

Magarpatta City is the 1^st such projects of privately managed Integrated Township over 434 acres. The group is currently developing 700 acres of ‘Nanded City’ project & 500 acres of ‘Riverview City’ on the same principals.

With around 30 years of experience in Real Estate and Construction Industry he was the Chairman of Credai National and has been the President of Credai Pune Metro, Credai Maharashtra and Credai National. He was also the President at Mahrattha Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (MCCIA).
