Mr. Ajay Ramdas Gujar is a distinguished infrastructure entrepreneur, business leader, and social contributor with over three decades of experience in the construction and infrastructure sector. An MBA in Marketing, he established A.R. Gujar (Patil) in 1992, undertaking municipal road works before successfully expanding into irrigation canals, bridges, pipelines, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Under his visionary leadership, the organisation evolved into Rajsetu Projects Pvt. Ltd. (formerly A.R. Gujar & Co.), earning recognition for executing roads, bridges, buildings, and other critical infrastructure works with quality and professionalism. He also heads GO IC Speciality Foods Pvt. Ltd. and ARJ Technologies, reflecting his diversified entrepreneurial vision.

A committed industry leader, Mr. Gujar is serving his second consecutive term as Chairman of the Builders' Association of India (BAI), Pune Centre. Having previously served as Vice Chairman, Honorary Secretary, and Honorary Treasurer, he has played a pivotal role in promoting technical excellence, industry collaboration, member development, and constructive engagement with government bodies and academia.

Equally passionate about social service, Mr. Gujar has served as President of Gujar Sneha-Vardhini, Pune for the past nine years. The trust operates a hostel for 50 deserving students, provides residential facilities for rural patients visiting Pune for medical treatment, and regularly organises blood donation drives and women's health check-up camps, reflecting his enduring commitment to community welfare.
