Parth Prasad Moghe

Parth Prasad Moghe, a second-year B.Tech CSE-AIDS student at MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), has brought laurels to the University with an outstanding international chess achievement, securing three Gold Medals and 1st Rank across three international competitions held in Istočno Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Parth competed in SAHOVSKO LJETO FM RR2, SAHOVSKO LJETO FM RR3, and SAHOVSKO LJETO FM RR4, held between 28 June and 16 July 2026 at Hotel Beograd, Istočno Sarajevo. Competing in the Open Category, he demonstrated exceptional strategic thinking, consistency, composure, and competitive skill to finish at the top in all three competitions.

His remarkable performance on the international stage adds another milestone to MIT-WPU’s growing sporting achievements and reflects the dedication and excellence of its student athletes.
