Bio
Dr. Shilpa Sonawani has been working as an Assistant Professor at MIT World Peace University since 2011, handling academic responsibilities and leadership in the Department of Computer Engineering and Technology. She has 25+ years of experience in teaching and industry. She holds a Ph.D from Vishwakarma University and an M.Tech from CDAC, Indraprastha University, Delhi. She is skilled in Data Analytics, AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Business Intelligence. She has published 40+ research papers and has 6 Indian and International patents in her accord. She is a reviewer for renowned publications, Best Paper Award and Hackathon award winner and Mentor. Her research areas include Climate Change, Air Pollution Monitoring, and Bird Conservation in association with (BNHS) Bombay Natural History Society.
