Dr. Natashaa Kaul is a seasoned academician with over 15 years of experience in teaching, research, academic administration, and institutional development. Her work spans Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, leadership, sustainability, technology in education, and Outcome Based Education. She has contributed actively to accreditation, Assurance of Learning, admissions, academic operations, and governance. With a strong research profile and a systems-oriented approach, she is committed to bring to MIT WPU more student-centred learning, academic quality, and building institutional processes that support excellence and long-term impact.

Earlier served as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at Indira Institute of Business Studies, Pune.

Industry / Research Experience : Worked as an Independent Consultant with Logical Outcomes, Canada, on developing a framework for social program evaluation, with AlterSpark Corp., Canada, on developing a Performance Management Instrument. Conducted a sponsored research project for Khushboo Charitable Trust, CSR arm of Cybage Pvt. Ltd., on gap analysis of the Cybage Khushboo Scholarship Project.
