Bio
Dr. Anuttama Ghose is an Assistant Professor of Law at the School of Law, Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune, India. She has completed her B.A LL.B (IPR Hons.) from the School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar and LL.M with specialisation in the field of Intellectual Property Laws from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, India. She has completed her PhD in the field of Protection of Non-Conventional Trademarks from School of Law and Justice, Adamas University, Kolkata. Dr. Ghose has further completed an online course on Copyright Laws conducted by Harvard Law School and Berkman Klein Centre for Internet & Society at Harvard University and an Academy Distance Course on IPR by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). She has previously worked as Vice-Principal and Assistant Professor of Law at Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Darjeeling, West Bengal. Apart from being an IPR enthusiast, she is a very keen researcher and has academic publications in national and international Journals to her credit. Her scholarly contributions extend to well-regarded Scopus indexed journals and book chapters with internationally reputed publishers.
