Programme Overview

The Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate) at MIT-WPU is a three-year programme offered to the graduates holding a B.Pharm degree where students are admitted to the fourth year of the Pharm.D programme. This programme emphasises on clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical care, equipping students with the skills necessary to provide optimal drug therapy and patient care.

  • All Scholarships are awarded on a First Come First Serve basis. All Scholarships are awarded as fee adjustments.
  • To continue the scholarship for the entire duration of the programme, a minimum level of the academic score has to be maintained at an 8 CGPA across all semesters, attendance is to be maintained at a minimum of 80 percent, with no live backlogs in any subject/programme and no semester break, and there should be no disciplinary action against the student.

Eligibility

Minimum 50% aggregate marks in B.Pharm. degree from an institution recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India or its equivalent examination (at least 45% marks, in case of Reserved Class category candidate belonging to Maharashtra State only)Government approved board/ Institution.

Selection Process

The admission for the Final year of Pharm. D (Doctor of Pharmacy) – Lateral Entry will be offered based on the valid score of B.Pharm and a Statement of Purpose (500 words) written by the candidate.
