Mr. Renuka Deshpande

Bio

Ms. Renuka Deshpande, an architect and designer, is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Design, MIT World Peace University, specializing in User Experience Design. With over 3 years of combined experience in teaching and practicing design, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the classroom. She is deeply passionate about understanding user behavior through the lens of psychology and research, with a strong emphasis on functionality and innovation. Her interests lie in the amalgamation of physical and digital aspects of interaction design, usability, accessibility, and emotional design—all of which guide her pursuit of creating meaningful and inclusive user experiences. Renuka is equally enthusiastic about teaching design, and finds joy in mentoring young minds, encouraging critical thinking, and nurturing a user-first approach in the design process.
