The MBA in Entrepreneurship and Family Business Management is a rigorous two-year postgraduate programme designed to develop next-generation entrepreneurs, startup founders, and successors of family-owned enterprises. Program-Embedded Global Immersion (2-3 Weeks)

The Ramcharan School of Leadership (RSOL), MIT-WPU presents the Global Immersion Programme (GIP) 2026 - a mandatory, credit-bearing (3 credits) international experience designed to build global business insights and cross-cultural leadership skills.

Delivered in collaboration with reputed international partner universities, the programme offers a 2–3 week global immersion with no additional fees. Students also earn two international certificates in:

  • Artificial Intelligence Artificial Intelligence
  • Business Analytics Business Analytics

Global Immersion Programme

A 2–3 week immersion delivered in collaboration with leading global partner universities, offering global exposure, cross-cultural learning, and international certifications. This programme is an integral part of the curriculum and is included in the fee, with no additional cost to students.

Structured learning through Harvard ManageMentor, strengthening managerial capability-building alongside the PGD curriculum.

Leadership Lab Across Both Semesters

A dedicated Leadership Lab runs across both semesters to ensure continuous leadership development alongside academic learning.

Minor Specialization Flexibility

Students choose one Major Specialization from Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Analytics, or Operations and Supply Chain Management. Business Analytics is offered as a default Minor for all Major specializations, strengthening data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Students opting for Business Analytics as a Major may choose one Minor from HR, Finance, Marketing, or Operations and SCM, enabling highly customized career pathways.

Student Clubs and Experiential Learning Ecosystem

At the Ramcharan School of Leadership, student learning extends beyond the classroom through a dynamic ecosystem of clubs that foster research excellence, cultural awareness, and social responsibility, contributing to the holistic development of future leaders.

Terms & Conditions Apply:

  • All Scholarships are awarded on a First Come First Serve basis. All Scholarships are awarded as fee adjustments.
  • To continue the scholarship for the entire duration of the programme, a minimum level of the academic score has to be maintained at an 8 CGPA across all semesters, attendance is to be maintained at a minimum of 80 percent, with no live backlogs in any subject/programme and no semester break, and there should be no disciplinary action against the student.

Eligibility

Minimum 60% aggregate marks in 3/4-year graduation degree in any stream from a UGC-approved institution/university or its equivalent (Minimum 55% aggregate marks for candidates belonging to the Reserved Category from Maharashtra State).
AND
A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Class 10 (SSC) and Class 12 (HSC) examinations, with English as a compulsory subject.
AND
A valid non-zero score in the relevant entrance examination conducted by the competent authority.

Selection Process

Admission will be based on the merit of a valid score in CAT 2025, XAT 2026, NMAT 2025, GMAT, CMAT 2026, MAH-CET 2026, PERA 2026 or MAT (September 2025 onwards).
AND
Candidates will also be evaluated through 50 marks online CBT, Group Discussion (GD), Extempore, Personal Interaction (PI) score conducted by MIT-WPU as per the prescribed schedule, along with consideration of their Past Academic Record and Work Experience.
AND
The valid (non-zero) national level entrance score is mandatory for confirmation of admission.
