Dear Students,

Welcome to Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune (MIT-WPU). I wish to congratulate each one of you on having secured your admission in this prestigious MIT World Peace University. As the dean of the student affairs, my role is to support the most valuable assets of the University: Our students!
As you begin your academic career, you are embarking on a path full of hopes, expectations & promises. The office of the Students Affairs is committed to working for you and helping you on this wonderful journey to take full advantage of the opportunities & facilities at this great university; the MIT-WPU
Our goal is to maintain a student centered environment. MIT WPU is very specific in student centric culture. Students are part of every decision making body of this University. They have been given representation in Board of Studies (BOS), Academic Council, etc.
Hon’ble Rahul Karad Sir, Executive President has developed unique MIT WPU methodology like team teaching, continuous updated education, biography studies, value added certificate courses etc. which will ensure that you gain not only in depth knowledge of your area but also a holistic set of skills that will equip you to face the real world challenges. Conducive environment of MIT WPU will definitely be beneficial to develop your personality, all round.
We are dedicated to meeting the needs and expectations of all the students through our structured Mentor-Mentee system, in which few students (mentee) are allotted to each teacher (mentor). Through this system, a mentor will support students for their academic, health and personal problems. Students may seek help, support and satisfactory solutions from their mentors.
Our Founder President Hon’ble Dr. Vishwanath Karad Sir and all of us are very particular about the overall development of our students. In his words, “our student must be physically fit, mentally alert, intellectually sharp, socially aware and spiritually elevated.” Hence the office of the Dean, Student Affairs is expecting your participation in Student Council, Sports, Rural Immersion Program, NCC, & various cultural clubs.
