Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

Never before in our lifetime that we have experienced and still been experiencing the limitation of each and every system of medicine and at the same time the need to build inner resilience by restoring the equilibrium of the body, mind, heart and soul, which is possible only by learning ‘The Art and Science’ of Yoga. MIT Group of Institutions have a rich heritage of Yogic Practices since its establishment in 1983, and as a rightful recognition for this sustained efforts, with the MIT World Peace Centre.
