With the demand for short films increasing on online platforms, whether for social media, OTT platforms, film anthologies, brand communication, or corporate communication MIT-WPU’s new programme, a postgraduate diploma in Short Filmmaking is designed to equip students with the skills they need to succeed in the entertainment industry and to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the film and television industry, including the creative and technical aspects of filmmaking. In this programme, students learn how to write, direct, and produce their own short films, as well as how to use industry-standard equipment and software. In addition, students get many opportunities to attend workshops, seminars, and masterclasses with industry professionals, gaining valuable insights and connections in the field.
