Executive MBA
The Executive MBA programme at MIT-WPU is uniquely designed to cater to the needs of working professionals who are looking to enhance their skills and knowledge while balancing their personal and professional responsibilities. The programme is structured in a way that allows participants to continue working while pursuing their degree, with classes being held on weekends and online.
The classroom delivery is a unique combination of face-to-face interaction and technology-enabled learning. Courses will be offered on weekends on campus as well as on the technology platform as a blended, hybrid learning programme. The participant will have the flexibility of choosing the mode of delivery. However, classroom-based learning is the preferred learning model for this programme. The classes will be held on weekends and holidays.
The curriculum is designed to provide a broad and comprehensive understanding of business management, with a focus on innovation, leadership, and global perspectives. Students learn from expert faculty members from pertinent fields and engage in projects and case studies to gain experiential learning and find solutions to complex business problems. Apply Online NowThe Executive MBA program expects the participants to be Bachelor’s degree holders from a UGC-approved university in India and abroad (if from abroad, please refer to AIU equivalence with a minimum of 60% or equivalent at the qualifying degree level. The participant should have at least 3 years post qualification work experience at the executive/managerial level or run his business for more than 3 years.
Participants with more than 7 years of experience can opt for a Strategic track of electives from Quarter-3. Participants running their own business can also choose the entrepreneurship and family business track from Quarter-3.
The participants will be selected on the basis of their detailed CV, Statement of Purpose (SOP), and personal interviews. Participants with proven leadership qualities and corporate nomination shall be preferred.
