With immense pride, the Department of Mechanical Engineering is thrilled to announce that Prof. (Dr.) Omkar K. Kulkarni has been honored with the prestigious "Young Scientist Award" by the Institution of Engineers (India) [IEI].

The award was conferred at IEI’s Award Distribution Ceremony held at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT Nagpur) on September 8, 2023.

The entire MIT-WPU fraternity and its engineer’s guild extend their heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Kulkarni on this outstanding achievement and offer our best wishes for his continued success in the future!
