A warm welcome to MIT World Peace University!

The BBA in Family Business and Entrepreneurship Management at MIT World Peace University is one of the most experiential learning programmes for the young aspirants. As many family businesses, throughout the world, experience the transition to new generations of leaders; their success and sustainability depend on the effective and efficient management and leadership.

The BBA Family Business and Entrepreneurship Management strives to attract the brightest students and budding entrepreneurs to explore the specialized knowledge and skills which are unique to family business management and are required in governing a complex family enterprise effectively. The programme is designed in such a manner that it would mould and equip bright young talents for the succession of their own traditional business and help them imbibe the required leadership skills.
The academic programme is rigorous, founded on the strong theoretical concepts and blended with real-world examples, live projects and their applications. Through interactive lectures by leading management mentors, timely and personal guidance from experts in family business practice, seasoned advisors and directors of best-in-class family enterprises, in-depth case studies and panels with experienced family and independent directors, students will emerge with a well-rounded skill set to effectively manage and maintain the essential values and contribute in a long-term growth of family-owned businesses.

A basket of elective courses, skill enhancement and additional certification courses offered are available from the second year to the end of third year. Many of these electives are unique and extra-ordinarily application-oriented, that will make the students aware of the intricacies of the family and prepare them for taking over their family businesses competently with a fresh and contemporary approach.

The School of Management -UG at MIT World Peace University encourages and facilitates international exposure for its students through Online guest sessions, webinars of eminent professors from recognised International Universities.

We, at MIT World Peace University, strive to inculcate ancient values and life-skills through our education and focus on character building rather than making mere professionals. Program Overview


BBA- Family Business and Entrepreneurship Management at MIT-WPU offers an ideal combination of Entrepreneurship specializations with traditional Family Business related courses. This course keeps in mind the need of the expansion of Family Businesses and thus professional skills are inculcated among the students to make them globally competent. Students can join their own traditional businesses after completing their graduation in Entrepreneurship & Family Business. This way, they can play a significant role in the successful expansion of business houses or family businesses. Family Business Management programme is also suitable for students wanting to venture into startups or get hired in top companies in managerial roles such as Business Consultant, Finance Manager, Business Administration Researcher, Human Resource Manager etc.
