Mr. Prashant Iyer is a Business Transformation Strategist with over nineteen years of experience in managing change and driving business growth. He holds a Master’s degree in Leadership Science and a Master’s degree in Business Administration specialising in Human Resources & International Marketing from IMI Belgium & IIPM. At present, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Leadership from Mumbai University.

Mr. Iyer’s career journey spans over a decade of working with top brands. During this time, he discovered his passion for assisting entrepreneurs in growing their businesses, guiding companies to achieve greater success, and helping management teams advance to higher levels. He has collaborated with over 100 organisations, applying his expertise to transform their teams and propel them towards growth.

He has an extensive background in Sales, Marketing, and Strategy and has worked with some large multinationals like Monster.com, Educomp solutions, Mexus Education, Think Lab Robotics (IIT Bombay incubated), KidZania (India’s first Indoor edutainment park), Adlabs Imagica (India’s Largest theme park), smart training & consulting, and Hindustan Times (India’s second largest newspaper).

Mr. Iyer’s areas of specialisation include start-ups, B2B and B2C Marketing and Sales, Product Branding, New Product Development, Strategic Alliances, establishing new business units on a national scale, managing complexity and scalability, cross-functional skills, and Business and Channel Strategy Development. He has authored two research papers based on Kautilya Arthashastra specialising in Strategy; one on Leadership and two on Marketing.
